"Here at Windswept we hope that you are delighted with whatever product you've purchased, in those rare occasions when you want to return an item for whatever reason, we have kept it as simple as possible and hassle free. How To Return An Item

There are two types of return ‘Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect’ and ‘Unwanted', see below for details of how to return your item. Our returns department check all returned items and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. We endeavour to process Returns within 7 working days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. We will refund the returns postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

We have developed some simple and easy to follow guidelines to help you return an item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

As you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, or fax it to us on 12341231, we will then know how much to refund you). Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods.  Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible. Unwanted

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, simply return the item or items to us in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) within 30 days of receipt. Any items which include software must be returned with the software unopened.

We cannot refund any services in connection with your order such as gift wrapping. Under Distant Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after the date of delivery. Under these circumstances we will refund the applicable delivery charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Windswept Peace of Mind Christmas Returns Policy

You can shop with confidence with Windswept at Christmas and you don't have to worry about being able to return unwanted presents after Christmas.
If you purchase something from the Windswept website this Christmas and the recipient doesn't like the present, then just send the product back to us for a refund as long as it's unopened and in perfect condition. In order to qualify for our extended Christmas returns policy you must advise our customer service team before the 15th of January 2014 and we must receive it back at our warehouse before the end of January 2014. This applies to any items purchased between the 1st of November and the 23rd of December 2013.
